Tell us about your event, guest count, color palette, theme, or brand. We’ll curate the details to complement your celebration.

3. Party Without the Prep

We deliver, style, and set up everything before your event, then return afterward for pickup. On-site hosting may be added when available.

Ariana Detrez

Orlando native, designer, and lifelong lover of a good theme, Ariana created Stuck Together Events from a love of thoughtful details, playful branding, and gatherings that feel a little more special.

After becoming a mom, she found an even deeper appreciation for creating moments people can slow down and enjoy together. Now she brings her design eye and party-loving spirit to every experience, dreaming up creative details that feel personal, joyful, and memorable without adding more to the host’s plate.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Stuck Together Events is perfect for weddings, birthdays, bridal and baby showers, corporate events, brand activations, markets, school events and other celebrations throughout the Orlando area. Each experience can be customized to fit your event theme, guest list and overall vibe.

  • We are based in the Orlando area and serve celebrations throughout Central Florida, including Winter Park, Winter Springs, Lake Mary, Sanford, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply based on the event location.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings, holidays and popular weekend dates. Most events can be booked up to six months in advance, subject to availability. If you reach out earlier than six months, you are set on a priority list for when our next dates open.

  • Start by submitting an inquiry with your event date, location, estimated guest count and the experience you are interested in. We will help you choose the best package, confirm availability and send a proposal. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid.

  • Yes. A nonrefundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule included in your proposal.

  • Absolutely. Customization is one of our favorite parts. Depending on the experience, we can coordinate stickers, florals, activity materials, signage and display details with your colors, theme or brand.
